Picture me in the midst of a bustling Indian metro city, wrapped up in the never-ending whirlwind of life’s demands. It felt like everyone around was racing against time, and I found myself caught up in a continuous loop of work, stress, and obligations. The days blurred together, and I had lost sight of the importance of looking after myself. It was as if I had become a machine, constantly on the move without a moment’s respite.

But then, one day, I confronted an undeniable truth as I gazed into the mirror. My tired eyes, the relentless tension in my shoulders, and the looming fear of burnout could no longer be brushed aside. It was crystal clear that I needed not just a change but a fundamental shift in how I approached life. The concept of self-care had to become my guiding light.

Rediscovering the Bliss of Weekends
