Let’s start with a saying that’s been like a guiding star for me:

These words have been my reliable companions, leading me through life’s unknown twists and turns, showing me the way.
Back when I was in college, I often felt trapped by worrying about what others might think of me. It was like being stuck in a worry bubble, unable to break free from what people might say.
To shake off this feeling, I set out on a journey to discover myself, exploring internships and new experiences. Among these adventures, I met someone special, someone who, despite her own challenges, radiated kindness and warmth.
Her positive vibe intrigued me, so I asked, “How do you live without worrying about what people think?”
